From Electronique: “Very excited for this forthcoming release from Mexican duo Climbers we are very pleased to bring you this set of exclusive previews for you guys to check out!

After very successful releases already this year on Get Physical and Culprit LA

The duo brings us the hugely powerful Price Of Power alongside some equally superb remixes from very talented artists Sishi Rosch, Kolombo, Lula Circus & Moonwalk

This is another very sought after EP for the label already seeing some cool support and the release will also be featured both on vinyl and digital coming soon!

“In a trifecta pairing best described as “unexpected,” electro-pop singer Little Boots, London house phenom Maya Jane Coles (pictured above), and James Ford of Simian Mobile Disco have convened for a new single under the banner LB.” -XLR8R

We only get three minute clips but it should be enough to get any fan excited for these forthcoming releases. Check em out.

I can’t wait for Bonobo’s new album as well as his new tour. He arrives here in SF on May 3rd with DJ LO DOWN LORETTA BROWN aka Erykah Badu and El Ten Eleven. Quite a mix huh?

I usually don’t post any mixes or sets since there are so many. It’s primarily what I listen to though. At any rate, I posted a Bonobo Boiler Room set some time ago. There was an unnamed track he opened the set with that I thought was amazing. I’m happy to find out it’s a track on his new album… and now on soundcloud for our listening pleasure. It’s a beautiful melodic piece.

No this isn’t some Darude remix for all you children of the 90’s. This is a blissful masterpiece from Compuphonic, Kolombo, and Monitor 66. Monitor 66 remixes it of course, but just seeing these three names together makes me excited.

All three separately are amazing and I follow each one of them closely so when this came my way today I knew we had something special. This one is on repeat.

What We Had

Cheers to Annie Mac for introducing me to Shift K3y with her weekly free music Monday giveaways. With the R&B elements and the rolling bouncing bass, it reminds me of a little bit of a Disclosure albeit more sped up. Either way I’ll be sure to dive head first into their catalog in the coming days.

Today we have a tune I’m quite excited about from Dude Skywalker who was sent to us from the year 3046 to bring us beach music from the future.

I think that just about fits the perfect description of their track “Ooh Yea.” Give it a listen.
